So the whole world will know...
The gospel of Jesus Christ is the mission. The motivation to spread that gospel is the worship of God. We here at Spray want the whole world to know who Jesus is and his plan of salvation.
We have several ways we give to missions, work on local mission projects, and commission missionaries out to the full-time mission field. Check out the links below and some of our current mission projects.
Women's Missionary Union
Our very own ministry here at the church that meets regularly to promote the propagation of the gospel and brainstorm creative ways to raise money for missions.
North American Mission Board
This is the national arm of the Southern Baptist Convention that leads the charge in planting churches and starting permanent outreaches all across North America. We raise support for NAMB through the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering.
International Mission Board
The world needs Jesus and there are millions who have yet to even hear the name of Jesus. The IMB has commissioned over 3,500 missionaries across 155 countries. We support the IMB through our Lottie Moon Christmas Offering.

CURRENT MISSIONS COLLECTION
We are collecting items monthly for the Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. A box is in the hallway outside the sanctuary for donations. In November, as we prepare to send out our shoeboxes, we will be taking up money to cover the $10 postage and children's literature for each shoebox. Donations may be mailed to the church or placed in the offering plate (please label for Operation Christmas Child).
If you would like to pack a shoebox, there are extra boxes and labels in the hallway outside the sanctuary. The deadline for cash donations and packed shoeboxes is November 16.
We will be collecting for the NC Baptist Children's Homes in November. Donation envelopes are in the church pews. The week of prayer for this offering is November 9 to 16.
